Please read these terms before using TiePlan. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to them.
Last updated: September 2026
TiePlan Systems (“we”, “us”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use TiePlan on a single device for which the licence was activated. You may not sublicence, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the software or your account to any third party.
TiePlan is sold as a recurring subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at purchase) until you cancel. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After that period, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Blast plans, CSV imports, and documents you create in TiePlan are stored locally on your machine. We do not upload, access, or retain any of that data. You are solely responsible for backing up your local files. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited data we do collect.
TiePlan, its algorithms, document templates, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of TiePlan Systems. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Documents you produce using TiePlan belong to you.
TiePlan is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that timing calculations will meet any specific regulatory standard. You are responsible for verifying all blast plans before use on site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiePlan Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the software, including loss of data, loss of production, or injury. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of TiePlan after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
